the end of summer

enjoying the last days of decent weather before it gets too cold and the leaves begin to fall.  eijla was pretty proud of the lovely hairdo zoe gave her.  lupin hair!

 then we are enjoying our crazy little puppy.  she is snuggly and wild and often both at the same time.  i can say i have never mopped our floors so often in my life. potty training a 2 year old and having a new puppy means a lot of poop and pee on the floor!  fun.

 and with the beginning of fall comes a new semester, and zoe started a new show dance class with maya!  they love it!  us parents get locked out, so no peeping, but cannot wait to see the show they put on for us in the end!

then in the evening when we all had massages, zoe wanted to join in, but it was more of a tickle fest than a massage

zoe´s dance class grand finale

so zoe´s dance class has ended for the semester. on the last day, us parents were allowed to come in and watch while they performed a couple of the dances they had been practicing. only, our dear little zoe thought it was better if she just sat down on the floor, because there was another little girl that wasn´t dancing, so neither would she! the whole first song she just sat there and all the other kids had to dance around them. skit unga!
she finally came to her senses and remembered that it was much more fun to dance than to sit on the floor, and joined in on the last two songs.
then it was time time to leave her own review of the class, since she colored the smiley faces blue, i think she approved. she is excited to start again after the new year

zoe´s first dance class

zoe had her first dance class to day. sadly they did not let parents in, and there was not even a window in the door. i think thomas and i missed out on a lot of entertainment. but she said she had a great time. thomas stuck around out back and took a shot through an outside window, and i grabbed this one really quick while they were on break and hanging on the wall.
