Those crazy Thorens!

Yes, we are crazy and we know it! But i would not trade the chaos for another life. I truly adore the madness our children have bought. We are off on our yearly trip to the more "northern" parts of sweden. Three kids, two dogs, and a kitten make for a full car!

Three years later...

Well, what can I say. I am a slacker, a procrastinator, and an excuse maker.  BUT I am back. Been a crazy three years. Three kids makes it so much more exciting. I love having a little boy in the family, personality shoots out of him like rocket ships. But now he is a bit bigger and life is calming down, so thought I would finally get back to blogging as I find it a great way for us to document our lives, our little digital journal. Let's see how long I last this time shall we?

three.... it´s a magic number

he has arrived! welcome to the world baby boy thorén! 
checked into kristianstads hospital with a really big tummy...

 a few hours later we had our amazing  (not so little) little boy!

 the little man and man and his dad, tired after a hard days work,  time to celebrate!

 we enjoyed a wonderfully snuggly morning with our newest family member.

 but now it is time for his first car ride.  going home to röke to meet his big sisters!

well, it is really coming down to the line.  the baby is due the 10th of april, so it is just a waiting game now.  the girls are so excited to have a little brother.  and i am always a bit nervous about the delivery, but is going to be fun to have a baby around again.

the österströms came over for an early spring picnic and a bit of playtime.

 but zoe keeps losing her teeth.  wonder if she will have any left before her little brother comes!

okay, so not quite,  he is still in the belly. but it was fun to finally get some belly shots, which i never did with the girls... and he is due in less than a week!  so excited!

self portrait belly shots were not as easy to take as i was expecting, but they were a lot of fun.  and i am glad to have them.

april fool´s buse!

the signs of snow are disappearing and the air is getting warmer, so we set up the trampoline for the season.  a sign that spring is finally here.  they girls loved it and jumped like crazy monkeys.  hello spring we are so glad that you are here!

easter weekend in bjärred

farmor was having an utställning at otto pers gård this weekend.  so we stopped by for a little bit of fun.  zoe got to use the farmor´s pottery wheel and made a cup and a small bowl.  she is excited to see what they look like after farmor has glaced and burned them.

 they had tiny small easter chicks as decorations that eijla fell madly in love with.  she could not stop snuggling with them and giving them kisses.  silly girl.

melting snow and climbing trees

the snow is very nearly gone, but our forest walks are still cold, cold, cold.  zoe has become quite the monkey climbing in the trees.  scares me everytime.

snow angels and toothfairies

mid march and the snow is still here.  looking forward to spring and planting our garden, but still trying to have as much fun in the snow as we can.

 and zoe has lost one of her front teeth.  the other one is going soon!  watch out toothfairy, there is a whole mouth of teeth heading your way soon!
