catch up #5 time for diving

while anita and thomas dove, zoe and i took a bit of a snorkel around yawasam...


then it was time for anita and i to hit the deep blue (or murky brown as it was)...





all in all, a great day out at sea for the whole family.

catch up #4 the lanta experience...

we decided to take a vacation from our vacation and headed out to koh lanta. we managed to do almost nothing but eat, lie on the beach, and relax for four days...
franz, anna, and eskil, friends from sweden, were at lanta already, so we had a great time catching up with them....






it seems like i was always too busy eating to get my camera out when both franz and anna were around, but we did end up with one shot of them...
good bye lanta, it was a blast...

catch up #3 tiger temple

another adventure! off we went on our motorbikes to tiger temple. we climbed about in caves, and sweated buckets...
and somehow eijla managed to sleep through the whole thing...
yeah! we made it out alive, only a lot sweatier and a whole lot dirtier....
but everyone knows you do not go to tiger temple for the exercise, no, it is for the monkeys...


and then it was off on the motorbikes again. this time home for some rest and relaxation, as if we do not get enough of it!

did i mention how cool we are?

thomas has gone through a couple pairs of sunglasses on this trip. but in bangkok we found some super cheap ugly sunglasses, and what do you know. they are the ones that do not break. i have fallen in love with mine. you have to admit we look so ridiculous that we must be cool!

playing catch up #2, fun with the donovans...

we arrived in ao nang, and thomas beat me at phillipin (crap!). eijla and zoe checked out our digs. i think it was approved.
then we met up with tony, sep, and ellia for some food and fun in the sun...






and then of course, some really good eats. here the guys picked out all the yummy fish for dinner. this place has the best tom yam ever!
we miss you tony, sep, and ellia, it was great hanging...

playing catch up on blogger starting with our last days in k.l.

our last days in k.l. were pretty mellow, but we did make it back to the twin towers for a bit of water play...


and i finally got to go and take pictures of the seahorses at the aquarium. i know it is cheating to take pics of them in captivity, but i just love me some seahorses.
